If you told me a few years ago that I’d be sitting here, helping others transform their health, I probably would’ve laughed — or cried, depending on the day.
Because the truth is… I didn’t grow up fit or naturally thin. I wasn’t the girl who could eat whatever she wanted and stay a size 8. I was the girl who yo-yo dieted her way through life. The one who used food to numb emotions. The one who lived on the “I’ll start again Monday” cycle.
Sound familiar?
When we moved countries — not once, but twice — the stress, the change, the total loss of routine hit me like a freight train. I packed on weight faster than I could even process the emotions that came with it. I felt frustrated, exhausted, and honestly, ashamed — and I stayed in that space for longer than I care to admit.
But here’s the thing: I didn’t stay there.

Hi, I’m Anriëtte — founder of New Me Nutrition
Somewhere deep down, I knew I was meant for more than just surviving in a body I didn’t feel proud of. So I got to work. I studied. I learned. I experimented — on myself, first. I stripped away all the noise the fitness industry throws at us and focused on what actually works: simple, sustainable changes that real people can stick to.
And it worked. I lost over 23kg — without starving myself, without living at the gym, and without a coach barking in my ear. That journey gave birth to New Me Nutrition — not because I wanted to sell another trendy diet plan, but because I wanted to offer something I wish I had back then:
-
Clear guidance
-
No BS advice
-
Real accountability.
-
And above all — compassion.
Since then, I’ve worked with busy moms, professionals, shift workers, and even other coaches — people from all walks of life. And every transformation reminds me why I started. Because weight loss isn’t just about food or workouts — it’s about mindset. It’s about rebuilding trust with yourself after years of breaking it.
I don’t do what I do because I read it in a textbook.
I do it because I’ve lived it.
And I’ve seen firsthand how small, consistent actions — even on the hardest days —
can completely rewrite your story.
My Mission
I believe in keeping things simple:
-
No extreme diets
-
No food group restrictions
-
No guilt trips
-
Just real habits that work in real, messy, everyday life.
I believe your health should feel empowering, not defeating.
And that you don’t have to be perfect to make progress — you just have to start.
So if any part of my story hit home for you… I’d love to hear yours.
My inbox is always open. And when you're ready to take that first step — I’ll be right here, walking beside you.
Let’s make this the start of something real.
— Anriëtte
